Green Channel Helps Realizing Students’ Studying Dream
On September 4th, 2013, as the coming of freshmen registration period, Student Financial Assistance Office opened "Green Channel" to wait for the students who applied for student loan.
Vice president Yang Zhengyu visited the "Green Channel" at about 9:00am, handled procedures for students, asked them about their information and family financial situation, and repeatedly enjoined the staff to work seriously and efficiently. Students who applied for tuition deferment procedure, got into this college conveniently. Up to now, more than 560 students have gone through the "green channel".
After registration and becoming freshmen of Qiandongnan National Polytechnic, these students from poor family could apply for scholarships, student subsidies and tuition waiver. They also have chances to be provided financial aids such as taking part-time job, to complete their studies successfully.
